Refund And Return Policy​

When you shop with THELIFEUS, my hope is that it will be love at first sight when your package arrives. That said – on the off chance that it’s not, I’ve got you covered!

Overview

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, your item will not be eligible for a return or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs on all orders are non-refundable.
The following items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges:

– Gift cards

– Digital downloads

– Custom items

– Imperfect items

– any item that is otherwise marked as non-returnable through the item’s listing.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable replacement, refunds and exchanges.

Late or missing refunds
If you are missing your refund and more than 7 business days have passed since you received your refund notification, it is recommended that you contact your bank. Depending on your banking institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.If you’ve contacted your bank and are still missing your refund, please contact us at info@thelifeus.com and we will be happy to assist.

Returns Procedure

Step 1: Email(info@thelifeus.com) and send us photos as well as a quick explanation of what is faulty about the product or why it doesn't meet your expectations.

Step 2: A member of our customer service team will provide you return instructions within 1-2 business days of your request.We will confirm your returns request, and process it internally.

Step 3:To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Returns of product boxes without product inside will not be accepted.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse.
Shipping cost for returns will be deducted from store credit.

Refunds

Refunds on returned items will be issued once your item is received and inspected. Once your return is accepted, you will first receive an email notifying you of the acceptance; you will then receive a second email once your refund has been issued. Refunds automatically go back to the original method of payment and can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

From start to finish, the full refund process can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks, and your patience is greatly appreciated during that time!

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled after 1 hour because our team will have automatically packed and dispatched it for you. If you'd like a refund we must wait for the product to arrive first, and we can begin the process from there. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to intercept a package that has already been dispatched.

Change of Delivery Address

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery information into your order, once orders are processed our team automatically begins packing the order and we cannot always guarantee that it will be changed on time.

Exchanges

Unless otherwise stated within the item’s listing page, all apparel items are eligible for exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive shipping instructions and a return label (if applicable) via email. An exchange order will be created and shipped once the return shipment is received.

From start to finish, the exchange process can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. Your patience is greatly appreciated during this time!
