FREE SHIPPING & HANDLING

We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous US on orders of $49.00 USD or more.

Shipment processing time

In general, we do our best to ship all orders within 2-4 business days, though this timeline is subject to change based on demand and time-of-year. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days – we will do our best to communicate when delays are expected and greatly appreciate your patience.

Delivery times & shipping rates

Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. With the United States, Canada, most orders being delivered within 7-20 business days. Other country, your order should arrive within 10-30 days. If your product doesn't get delivered 20 business days after dispatch, contact us and we can see how close it is to you and why it was delayed.

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFO?

All of our parcels are tracked, and insured and will be delivered by your local nationwide courier company. We will send you an email containing a tracking number once the product has been dispatched from our manufacturer. You can input this tracking number on our website to track the progress of your package and estimate the delivery date.

HOW DO I TRACK AN ORDER?

To track an order, simply click on the shipping confirmation email we send you, click the "View Order" button, once the page loads click on the tracking link. This will show you the status of your order. Please allow 5-7 days for it to update. Your order is moving through the logistics system but there can be delays in it's reporting. If you need an ETA please contact our team.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

THELIFEUS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Missing, Misdelivered, and Stolen Packages

As a general rule of thumb, packages are almost never lost and almost always just delayed. That said, if you believe your shipment has been lost, stolen, or mis-delivered, please contact us at info@thelifeus.com. We will do everything in our power to make it right – either through a refund or reshipment. The timeline to report missing and misdelivered packages is 60 days from the date of shipment.

Damages

If your item is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us at info@thelifeus.com with information about your order and pictures of the damaged goods (if applicable). We will do everything in our power to make it right – either through a refund or reshipment.
